Information Regarding Reasonable Accommodations
The Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of a disability. Under the ADA, a qualified individual with a disability who can perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation is protected from discrimination due to his or her disability.
